Tea Time Tuesday! ‘Wound Dresser’- A Brew To Heal Old And Newly Raw Wounds And A Spell To Call Your Power Back To You.

Its Tea Time Tuesday. I use tea so much in my practice! It’s probably the easiest way to access the medicinal and magical properties of herbs. The making of it is a ritual all in itself. You can read more about that here.

*please always do your own research on ingredients, although I am careful not to include herbs that could have adverse affects combined with other medications and conditions, without warning. I am not a doctor*

As we continue to work through cauldron time (yule is coming, were about half way through) and shadow work many of us are feeling old wounds ache. That’s OK, It is part of the process of examining ones history; both personal and ancestral (you can read more about ancestral healing here). As we greet our shadow selves and identify where healing needs to happen, it is natural to feel raw. This potion aims to provide a salve to those emotional wounds and also strengthen our spirits so we may continue with the work that needs to be done.

You can access the recipe and more of my personal story below.
