Its Tea Time Tuesday. I use tea so much in my practice! It’s probably the easiest way to access the medicinal and magical properties of herbs. The making of it is a ritual all in itself. You can read more about that here.
*please always do your own research on ingredients, although I am careful not to include herbs that could have adverse affects combined with other medications and conditions, without warning. I am not a doctor*
As you will have noticed if you’ve read my recent posts or follow my social media; I’ve been embracing my shadow self and using this cauldron time to heal old wounds. I am focusing on facing challenges from a place of self respect and conscious decision rather than old trauma behaviours which no longer serve me. The investigative work is done (for now), I created a ritual which was heavy work but really positive (I’ll be posting soon). Now I just wait for opportunity to practice with my new tools and insights.
This work has been taxing, as one would expect it to be. So, I am being gentle with myself and making sure I take care of my body and spirit. The same as I would take care of it after anything else so intense like exercise or an exam.
This brew aims to be nourishing and supportive as well as healing and energising:
Witching Only content. Subscribe to get access
I believe knowledge should be free. However, I also need to make a living. In order for me to be able to continue providing content, I have to strike a balance between the two. Which is why some of my content is subscription only. You can sign up to receive ‘witching content’ below which gives access to a plethora of spells, recipes and rituals. You can also receive all of these direct to your inbox as if by magic (ah puns) and support me in continuing to do what I love-Sharing my knowledge with you lovely people!
Take care of yourselves my darlings, we are in strange and transformative times.
Peace out witches!
