Tea Time Tuesday-A Moontime Brew

Greetings darlings, I’ve been doing a lot of learning around menstruation recently for an upcoming post. The more I learn, the more I realise it’s likely to be a series of posts on the menstrual cycle as it is so much more than just periods. With that in mind, I am sharing the blend I make for myself around my moon time. particularly when I have PMT and need to take care of myself before someone gets eaten. RAAAR! Due to various factors, we are likely not in sync so feel free to bookmark this page, or if you subscribe to ‘witching content’ you will receive it in your inbox. for those without a menstrual cycle, this recipe is soothing anytime your body needs a bit of extra support.

I use tea so much in my practice! It’s probably the easiest way to access the medicinal and magical properties of herbs. The making of it is a ritual all in itself. You can read more about that here.

This blend is designed to soothe the spirit, offer relaxation and support the body through its winter time. Roses feature strongly in this tea as roses are associated with the feminine and all types of love including self love.

*please always do your own research on ingredients, although I am careful not to include herbs that could have adverse affects combined with other medications and conditions, without warning. I am not a doctor*
